Go to a docter right away. You could lose your hearing.

A Dry Ice bomb sends out a shock wave, your ear drum normally bulges out, the wave may have inverted inwards. This in turn put pressure on bones of your inner ear deadening the incoming sounds, because they cannot move so much. As they say you should see a doctor who can look in and see your ear drum. It could right it self, but it better to be safe than deaf.

You have probably damaged the cochlea, the organ in the ear that transmits nerve pulses to the brain.

If an ear drum breaks, it does not bleed - I know from personal experience.

You need to see an ENT (ear specialist) and get an evaluation. They will do a physical exam, hearing test, etc, and advise you what to do.

Something has happened to your ear. Since we don't know what "something" is, and the possible consequences include loss of hearing. I don't think you should take any chances.

Please go see a doctor now by visiting an emergency room....

Never take chances with things like ears or eyes. This needs to be checked by a medical doctor.
