My boyfriend who promised me the world... told me that he loved me. And I believed it! Last May he needed $200 to for a consulate appointment to get a visa to come visit me.. and he asked for my help. I sent it. He told me that they "denied" his visa..and the money was nonrefundable. It wasn't until last week.. he told me he doesn't love me and that he doesn't want to be friends anymore. AND.... he admitted that he "USED" me all this time (a period of 3 years.. we met when he was in bible college in the U.S. He graduated last year.. went home due a teaching contract in his country at a bible institute).My heart is broken. I honestly believed in his goodness because of his profession. I was mistaken. I have spent at least three thousand dollars on long distance... not to mention presents.. on birthdays, Christmas..etc... I am asking for advice on how to deal with this.. I am hurting.. Please help!

Is there one day that goes by that we don't hear about some country that is going to draw us into conflict? North Korea seems to be forgotten about China and Tiwan have the possibility to involve the US. Isrrael has the potential of pulling in all the world Pakistan and Iran are looming unknowns one with Nuckes and the other on it's way terror is abounding and we are looseing rights everyday as a result .

Really with this kind of tension/oppurtunity for all the globe to go to war how long can it be now before someone see's an opurtunity or just plain shoots from the hip and lands us all in war?

I live with my bf. We have been together for over a year. He tells me that he is waiting to get a new apartment, settle things with his kids,etc before he ask me to marry him so he can't give me a timeframe and if I loved him I'd wait. WTF? Any advice? Guys, I would love to hear your thoughts. Is this his way to buy time or do men like to get things situated first. BTW I am 33 and he is 29.

ok, if you, your mom, and you sister are in a bad situation at home can she be convicted of kidnat? but both me and my sister are old enough to say who we want to live with. my dad is a control freak, mental abuser, and some times a physical abuser. if we move to a different state to get away from him can she get in trouble?

but only like 2 - 3 times a night. Is this normal? What could cause it to be so low? I'd be happy if I could have it 5 times a night. I don't need sleep that bad!
