I moisturize like crazy. Tried every lotion under the sun. I don't think it's dry skin. I have a feeling it has to do with an allergy of some sort. A strange type of hives, even. It calms down after about 15 minutes. Does anyone else experience this? How did you treat it?

did you see on the news about the kmel block party?
people were passing out because of the heat.
i was there && it was horrible
(but chris brown did his thing)
100 people went to the hospital
&& 17 are in critical condition.
did any of you go there or see it on the news?

In few of the suggestions regarding eye care, Visine eye drops, was recommended. But I find it difficult to locate the same in Bangalore.
Can some body suggest me an alternate eyedrops. This drops was recommended for reducing burning sensation in the eye.
