Your lifestyle does not change ideal weight recommendation, except for the extreme end of sports in which a female might carry much more muscle weight.
It depends primarily upon your bonestructure frame:

http://www.dietbites.com/article1023.html shows for females,

Small frame: 111-124

Medium: 121-135

Large: 131-147

This is a generous chart, as compared to what is probably optimal. Few females 5'3" would be their healthiest slim at over 125.

To determine the body frame size, measure the wrist with a tape measure and use the following chart to determine whether the person is small, medium, or large boned.

Women - height 5'2" to 5' 5"

small = wrist size less than 6"
medium = wrist size 6" to 6.25"
large = wrist size over 6.25"

Dieticians say about 115-120 but if you like to look "healthy" or "thick", then I would suggest about 140. It just kinds of depends on how your weight is distributed amongst your body, only you know that. If you fill out all over, its nothing wrong with being over the average weight for that height. If you are prone to be top or bottom heavy only then, you may want to try to stay at 130 or under.

i think its 100 pounds for 5 foot plus 6 pounds per inch after So you should weigh 118 pounds.
Im 5 ' 7 and I should weigh 142.

The best thing to do is calculate your BMI (Body Mass index)
http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/

If you were 5 ' 3 and weighed 118 pounds, then your BMI would be 20.9 which is in the 'normal' range. Normal range is 18.5 to 24.9

Maybe 105? I think that would be a good weight or 110. My friend is of average build, the same height as you and weighs 110.

Wow, some of these people are harsh! I think at 5'3, a good, healthly weight would be between 125-135. Overall weight is just a number...you need to be happy with who you are!
