Ive got 3 from floating the river yesterday, and ive tried cortizone.. any help?

Here is an old remedy, that my grandmother told us to do it really works! Take 1-2 asprine pills and grind them up with water make a paste. Spread the paste on the bug bite it will relieve the pain, and by morning the bite will be healing up, It really works try it!!!

Whenever I have a number of bad bites I take a couple of Benadryl pills - always works better than any topical for me. But sometimes takes up to 30 minutes to kick in.

Take your fingernail, press it into your bite twice, making an X that meets in the middle of your bite. It will stop the itch immediately. I like this method better than lotions or creams, because you can take it with you

try some bendadryl cream during your awake hours and take benadryl tablets for sleeping at night-they will make you drowsy.

take 25-50mg one tablet every 4-6 hours

it depends on where they are but if in a reachable place it has always helped me (i have no idea why) to run it under really hot water for as long as i can stand witout injuring myself and plunging it into really cold cold water for 30 seconds

this may or may not gross you out depending on how petty you are, but my grandmother taught htis to me. just lick your finger tip (Make sure its wet) and rub it on the affected area.

it works! you dotn have to buy anything, and its all natural haha. you wont even feel tempted to itch it!
