Israel doesn't know what an equal sign mean. For it, to counter the attack Hizballah had on it soldiers (who are trained to die btw) means to bomb leb and kill over 200 civilians, most of whom are women and children, and of course, to bring the infrastructure down to pieces. I am glad Hizballah are fighting back, finally someone in the weak Middle East is doing something to show these beasts what it means to mess with humans and to treat them like their slaves.

I am glad that us, Muslims, realize that the few years we live on Earth are only a short period in which we get tested in, so there is no need to drown ourselves in sorrow for losing our loved ones since we are going to team up with them in the after life (inshalla), and hopefully we will never have to part again. I am praying for all those who died in the war (civilians + fighters). They died Shuhadaa, and God promised paradise to Shuhadaa.
Whether Hizballah wins this war or not, we are winners (Inshalla) and we will remain so as long as we choose to be on God's side.

First of all let me ask where you live? What country? Now, are you anywhere near Lebanon? If they were firing rockets at citzens of you cities, killing women and children for no reason other than to terrorize the free world would you be upset? Kidnapping soldiers, seems to me that they want a war. Israel is like any other country in this world, they have the right to defend themselves against aggression. Its a shame that the innocent civilains of Lebanon are caught up in this also. They have their own government to blame for not having control of their own country, allowing these terroist groups to thrive for years, standing by doing nothing. I do feel sorry for them, not the Islamic extremist that deem it neccassary to bring fear and bloodshed on the rest of the world. Maybe if they tried to model themselves after countries like Israel, United States, Great Britain they would realize the benefits of a free society where EVERYONE is free to do and think as they wish. They could even practice their ridiculous ideas, as long as they were peacefull, and not have to be worried about being murdered in the streets by someone that disagrees with them.

Maybe because Hezzbolah launched 80 rockets into Israels civilian territories today? Israel supports the government of Lebanon, but that government is too week to route out the Hezzbolah militia \ terrorist. The UN is a minion of the anit Israeli's anti American socialist and would like to see them stop. The US has an administration that gets it and wants this war with radical Islam over. We're finishing it in Afghanistan and Iraq; and letting the Israelis finish it with Hamas and Hezzbolah...bout time.

Dude, have you not been paying attention at all as to what has been going on? The aggression is not towards Lebanon but at Hezbollah. The Lebanese have allowed the Hezbollah to infilitrate their country and "plant" themselves as a "country within a country" therefore action must be taken to remove them. Just as any war that has ever occured there will be the unfortunate deaths of innocent people... it is impssible to avoid.
If the US stepped in, you would be bitchin and moaning about that... of course if the UN stepped in, you would be bitchin that the US didn't do enough to help the UN. As long as the liberal mindset is that the US can do no right then you are they will always find a problem I am sure.

Okay to all you dogs who just answered saying israel is getting bullied, you obviously don't realize that israel is the bully getting pushed back. Now they are throwing fists and the little guys are getting beat up. This all started because Israel has been capturing innocent arabs and putting them in jail for no reason; refusing to let them go. The arab families were tired of it, so they kidnapped 2 israeli soldiers and offered a trade for their brothers and husbands back. Israel started bombing, Hezbolla started shooting back. The US backs Israel, so Israel is pratically invincible.

Yes, they are agressive aren't they. Comes from being surrounded by enemies bent on your destruction. It is truly unfortunate that innocent Lebanese civilians are dying. The exact same thing can be said about innocent Israeli civilians dying. The cowards that compose Hizbollah brought this on by slinking in and cowering among the civlilian population. If they are truly warriors, put on some uniforms and quit hiding behind women and children. That is their pattern, commit an atrocity, then hide among innocents, and then reap the publicity when those same innocents get hurt, making your enemy out to be the bad guy. Soley based on all my observations on the news, I think that any country, Israel in this case, can only take so much bullying and terror brought to its door before it says Enough is Enough. I do not know exactly why the U.S. has not gotten involved. I guess we are already stretched thin in Iraq let alone go defend another country.
