I have several co-workers who are deaf, and I want to be able to learn sign language so that I can make it easier for them to understand what I say better. How can I go about doing that in the fastest/ easiest way? The correct way too. Oh! And is it hard to learn?

My grandmas cat had kittens today! They are really little and look healthy. BUT the mothers stomache is really hard and seems as though she is not producing milk for her kittens. Also the kittens dont seem like they want to suck. It seems like it would be alot of work, which my grandma does not have time for so should we let nature take its course or what should we do? Thank You . Please respond back i would appreciate it.

I just graduated from Arizona Automotive Institute with an associates degree in Automotive Autotronics, but have pretty much a lifetime experience with autos, as my father's a certified master mechanic.

I've gotten approved for a job with a Dodge dealership here in Albuquerque, New Mexico working on their heavy line, more specifically transmissions, and tomorrow I go to discuss my employment with them and negotiate wages. I've opted to start out hourly until I get the hang of things, at which time I'll switch to flat-rate, but I'm not familiar with the pay rate in the industry and haven't found much online info about it.

Is anybody familiar with the work and pay? What should I be aiming for when I go in tomorrow?

I have a running bet with my SIL's, who are a few years older than I, who say Journey is the bigger band. However, Def Leppard is not the opening act in the concert that is touring, Journey is headliner for Def Leppard.
Stating that Def Leppard is more popular/ desirable.

ummm .... 2 years ago i got married to this wounderful man , the love of my life ..... we have a newborn now , 6 months .....

Hi all .

My daughter is 13 months old now and she sleeps in the cot with a soft teddy bear. Often when my Wife and I check in on her she is asleep with her head resting on the teddy bear acting as a pillow. My question is at what age should we give her a pillow to use, would it be safe at this age now?
I only ask as you all know how uncomfortable it is to sleep without one and I am wondering if it would be benificial to give her a pillow now.

I am a first time parent and would be grateful for any help
