When people describe a UFO they always say there were lots of coloured lights spinning round, whatever!
Well if aliens came here from another planet, being advanced and that, surley they would remember to turn the lights off. Just so they don't get attacked or shot down even spotted??

Maybe they want us to see them. Maybe they can't see in our spectrum and need special lights to navigate.

its a narrow mind that says aliens dont exist or that UFO's dont either. I cant say for definate that they have visited earth, but there is adistinct possiblity they have.
considering the universe is billionsof years old, its shallow and narrow minded as well as self centred to think that man (humans) are the only intelligence in existence in the universe. It has millions of galaxies and stars, so life must exist somewhere. Also if they are out there it is then only a simple point of fact that as the universe is so old, species would be here before usand would therefor be more advanced than us and have interstellar transport as well as energy supplies that we could never have imagined. Look back inour own history. we invent electricity, but it was only during WW II that we began to harness the power of theatom, something unknown before
So they reason aliens may have all these lights on there ships, maybe to let humans know that they aint the only life in the universe and that we are being watched to make sure that we are ready for the time when contact will be made. We are only a young species in the great span of time and we have to learn to live with ourselves first as brothers and sisters, before we can go explore the galaxy and maybe UFO's are an alien species way of sayin you are not alone in this

There are probably loads more of them in the sky with the lights off. But even if the aliens are physically very different from us on earth I'm sure they have some similar traits.
When going on holiday how many of us have left the oven on, or an iron...a light? Its just an occasional mishap. And now this poor little alien fella is going to get nagged to death the whole way back to wherever they came from and light-speed won't even be fast enough.

Do you really think our wimpy weapons could destroy a UFO? If they're advanced enough to get here from elsewhere (why?) - I'm sure they have shields that would protect their vessels. So, they could go around with signs flashing all over the place that says "we're from the planet xubgent or something" and it wouldn't make any difference.

I always thought some of the UFOs could be made for the mega-wealthy people here on Earth who want some people to see them sometimes for whatever reason or purpose they have in mind.

If there are (which I very much doubt) so called aliens.
Then what is the point of travelling a lot of bloody miles just to hide in some cretins wood in the middle of nowhere.
I honestly can`t see the point. And to say there are aliens....well, according to the latest reports out of parliament, they are all living in the UK :-)

They can't see well in the dark. Same with driving through a forest without headlights on. And maybe even if we attack them they will have something that will block the missles lol. Or if the lights are on then that means they come in peace & if they are off they are mean 'cause they don't want us to see them.

If they did they wouldn't be able to see where they are going. Then they may not land in Britain and all aliens like to come here the place is full of them

Alien's exist...somewhere in the galaxy. I highly doubt they have visited Earth but that's a good point....
If they have mastered inter-galactic travel...why on earth would they allow themselves to be seen by a Alabama Farmer called Cletus.

Look at it this way - if you had just travelled zillion of miles through the black nothingness of space with nothing and nobody to know that you exist when you pass - wouldn't you want the light on!!!
