spend the $$$$ the shampoo is going to last longer because of the ingredients-- less water and more of the raw materials used in professional shampoos and believe me your hair will thank you. Also you will use less of the good stuff to do the same job. A great bottle of shampoo will lather the first time so you don't have to use half the bottle before you see bubbles. Trust you will spend less $$$ on better quality in the long run. Go into JCPenneys or Smartstyle and get something only the professionals use. Think of it like medicine for your hair, if you have a slight problem an over the counter medicine will do but when something is really making you feel bad, you need a Rx from a doctor............ Trust

I was told not to use Pantene cause it leaves a film on your hair, and makes it flat...I use Garnier Fructis, it's about the same price as Pantene, but it work 10x better!!

i would recommend bumbe and bumble. they have an amazing selection of shampoos and conditioners, that are suited to specific hair types. they are on the pricey side though, so if your budget is a little less, go for burts bees super shiny hair shampoo and conditioner..they are amazing and like $6 a bottle. you can get them at any whole foods.

I use Dove Products. I listed the site if you are interested. I usually spend a range of $10-15 Cdn/month on these.
