We put our house on the market a little over 1 month ago. We got it listed in the MLS through a flat-fee broker, who basically just put it there and gave us a sign (though we used our own FSBO sign instead.) For the first two weeks, we had about 10 showings where buyers agents would bring their clients through. We had 1 or 2 FSBO showings. However, beginning the weekend before the 4th we have not had one single showing! This past week we've even listed the house in 4 local newspapers and on several websites. Still NO showings.

Is this normal? Is it the time of year? Is it because it's a FSBO? Do realtors shy away from FSBOs even if they are listed in the MLS and the seller pays 3% commission?

see my previous ? regarding abortion.regardless of your political, religious, moral or ethical background is preventing conception just as "bad" as abortion? (please note the quotations i am not placing blame or otherwise, i want as many view points as possible)....many believe (and just not Christians') that sex is for the sole purpose of multiplying. Sexual Pleasure is a subnote. what do you think? is preventing the conception of a child like playing God? on the other hand if contrceptives were non existant what would our population be...10 maybe 20 Billion....answer honestly. this is a serious question.

My sister is visiting August 14th. I know its the busy season but thats the only time I have off. I have to get down to Kyoto on 16th-18th. We have a hotel and we are getting the 5,000 yen 3-day pass around for JR.

I'm just wondering what the cheapest way to get down there and if anyone knows the URLs for night buses and trains and what your opinion of both are? I took the night bus to Nagoya once and it was pretty comfortable. Slept like a baby.....maybe that was the whiskey though LOL

We had a heated exchange of words before and we both admit our faults... Yeah, we both say sorry to each other.. And as time passes by, he's treating me so cold, I mean, he's not the one that I knew before.. He's putting a gap between the two of us, and I am consistent in doing some things to bring back the old good times.. But may effort still don't really work..When I send him text messages, he only chooses what message to reply.. I think he doesn't value our friendship.. What happens if your pour some vitamins in your shampoo and wash your hair with it? Will it help me? I'm taking some vitamins called Gelatin Capsules. I bought it in Mexico and they are supposed to be good, they have alot of nutrients. So I am wondering if i pour it into my shampoo and wash my hair with it, will it help or will I go bald? well my brittany spanil had puppies and it was her first batch..

I was out of town for the weekend and I got back a day early.
When I got to my house my brothers car was there which is not unusual. I didn't see him when I got in so i thought he was in the bathroom. I went to my bedroom and he was doing the do with his mother in law. It grossed me out. They begged me not to tell his wife before I threw them out. I took my house keys from him and have not been seen either one of them in 2 mnths. My sis in law keeps calling me and inviting me to dinner. I don't want to be the one to tell her it would hurt her so much especially since her mom slept with her former fiance. I can't believe my brother could be such a scuz he know how I feel about adultery, why do it in my house? What should I do and should I tell his wife even though it will hurt her and destroy her family?
