i am 26 years old, my height is 5'4" & weight is 60 kls. i want to lose weight.

Loose 4 kgs in one week... tested diet plan!!

Basic Fat Burning Soup:
6 large green onions; 2 green peppers; 1-2 large cans of tomatoes; 1 bunch celery; 1 large head of cabbage; 1 packet of Lipton onion soup mix.
Season with salt, pepper, curry, parsley, etc. If desired season with bouillon.

Cut vegetables in small to medium pieces, cover with water and add soup mix and season to taste. Boil fast for 10 minutes reduced to simmer and continue cooking until vegetables are tender. This soup may be eaten any time you are hungry. Eat as much as you want, whenever you want, and any time of the day. This soup will not add calories, the more you eat the more you lose. If eaten alone for indefinite period, you would suffer malnutrition. Fill a thermos in the morning if you will be away during the day.

Day One:
All fruits except bananas. Your first day will consist of all the fruits you want except bananas. Cantaloupes and watermelons are lower in calories than most fruits. Eat only Soup and fruits the first day. Drinks are unsweetened tea, cranberry juice and water.

Day Two:
This is a vegetable day. Eat as much as you like of all the fresh raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. Try to eat green leafy veggies and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. Eat all the vegetables you want along with your soup. As dinner you can reward yourself with baked potatoes and butter. Eat all the soup you want this day also, but DONOT eat your fruits.

Day Three:
Mix day one and two. Eat all the soup, fruit and veggies you want. You cannot have baked potatoes today. IF YOU HAVE EATEN FOR THREE DAYS AS ABOVE, AND HAVE NOT CHEATED, YOU WILL FIND THAT YOU HAVE LOST 5 TO 7 POUNDS.

Day Four:
Day four consists of bananas and skimmed milk. Eat as many as 8 bananas and drink as many glasses of skimmed milk as you canon this day along with your soup. This particular day of your diet your body will need the potassium carbohydrates, proteins and
calcium provided in bananas and mild lessen your craving for sweets.
Day Five:
Beef/Chicken/Fish and Tomatoes. You may have 10 to 20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes of as many as 6 fresh tomatoes this day. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water this day to wash away the uric aid in your body. Eat your soup at least once this day.

Day Six:
Beef and Veggies. Eat till your heart's content of beef and this day . You can even have two or three steaks if you like with green leafy vegetables. BUT NOT BAKED POTATOES. Be sure to eat soup at least once today.

Day Seven:
Brown rice, unsweetened juices and vegetables. Again all you can eat of these allowed. Be sure to eat soup at least once today

THE END F THE SEVEN DAY, IF YOU HAVE NOT CHEATED ON THE ABOVE DIET, YOU WILL FIND THAT YOU HAVE LOST 10 TO 17 POUNDS. IF YOU HAVE LOST MORE THAN 15 POUNDS, STAY OFF THE DIET FOR TW DAYS BEFORE RESUMING THE DIET AGAIN FROM DA Y ONE.

This seven day eating plan can be used as often as you like. As a matter of fact, if correctly followed, it will clean your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well¬being as never before.

After only days of this process, you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 and possibly 17 pounds and have an abundance of energy. Continue this plan as long as you wish and feel the difference.

This diet is a fast fat-burning diet and the secret is that you will burn more calories than consumed. It will flush your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being.

Because everyone's digestive system is different, this diet will act upon everyone differently. After day three, you will have more energy than when you began if you do not cheat. After being on the diet for several days, you will find your bowel movement has changed - eat a cup of bran and fibre. Although you can have black coffee with this diet you may find that you do not need the caffeine after the third day.

Definite NO-NOES
No bread, fried food, and carbonated beverages. Tab of other diet drinks not allowed. Stick with water, unsweetened tea, black coffee, unsweetened fruit juices, cranberry juice, and skimmed milk when available.

The Basic Fat Burning Soup to be eaten at any time when you feel hungry in the day. Eat as much you wish as often as you like. This soup will not add calories. Eat all you want. The more soup you eat more you lose. You may eat broiled or baked chicken with no skin instead of meat. If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for beef on only one
beef day . You need high protein in the beef the other day.

Any prescribed medication will not hurt you on this diet. Continue this plan as long as wish and feel the difference in both mental and physical dispositions.

dis is a tried diet... it works amazing!! n has no side effects... like any affect on ur health or weaknss or anything.. because as u can see you eat a range of things thru out da week n get all da nutritions u require...
IMPORTANT: some ppl tend to skil the baked potatoes wid buttter or da bananas.. because they want to lose more weight.. DONOT do dat.. it is imp for u to take those to get da required nutrition.... if u skip anythin in dis diet.. u will get malnutritioned!!

Switching your diet CAN help, but often it's more of a long run thing. Keep in mind too that if you start eating too little, or cut back on the nutrients you need, your body will go into storage mode and you won't lose anything.

Lots and lots of exercise can help some: running, biking, hiking... anything that keeps you sweating and your heart racing (keep hydrated though and don't over exert yourself!).

Even armed with that knowledge though, it's not reasonable to lose a lot of weight in 15 days... and if you do, it's probably not going to be healthy.

Go on a fast. There are different types of fast. Eat only vegatable for 15 days. Stop eating after 3pm. A strict fast is when you abstain from food all together. Drinking Water also is a good way to shed a few pounds.

Also you can do cardio for 3 days and lift weight (dumb bells) for 2 days. The book, "Get Fit While You Sit" is a good work out book

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

Im not being mean but it is impossible to loose a good amount of weight in 15 days. I wish you luck though

After seeing this I feel the need to share something because I spent many many years going from diet to diet without any success until I discovered Pams magic plan (just google it). Without doubt its the most weight loss that I have ever achieved and I have kept it off to this day.
