I have no experince on how to buy perscription eyeglasses and I'm on a tight budget could someone tell me anything helpful?
I have no insurance either so how much do they cost? The comercials on tv say that they're $100 but thats to much-I already spent 70 dollars for the perscription! Is there any thing below $80 dollars? and I don't like name brands!and the one who helps me gets ten points!

its not a strict diet but what are some simple ways to lose the pound that dont cost the earth i wanna lose like 20 pounds before summer
(4 months) so i only wont to need to lose like 5 pounds a month

I have been reading about these teens getting pregnant or getting a girl pregnant. My question to you is why should we feel sorry for them?? They made their bed, now they have to lie in it. They should know what they are getting into. If they want to have sex they need to grow up. End of question end of story.

Teens: It is time to stop and smell the coffee. If you choose to have sex at your age, you need to grow up here and now! Everytime you have sex you have the chance of getting pregnant, even with birth control. Nothing is 100% except not having sex. And if you are having sex so that you are well " liked" than that is just stuiped. God Forbid you should just be your self at your age.
Having sex is an adult act. If you choose to have it, then grow up and be an adult about it. If you get pregnant, tell your parents and step to the plate. Get a job, move out and grow up and take care of your kid. Or even better give it up so that it can have a better life.

I never had any problems with social anxiety before. I always did what I wanted not what I shouldve done or what seems normal. I said whatever I wanted and was very open minded, I was always my self. But I had problem with meeting girls and having dates. So I read this book dating book ,it said what you need to do and how do you need to act to get girls. What king of humor to use ,what to say , when to say and what to do in lots of different situations. So I started trying those stuff out.Well they did work I had girls want to be around much more,call me and had dates. But after a while I started watching my behavior make sure it exactly is as it says in the book, my body language, my voice tone, my jokes ,my face expression,my posture, said jokes I usually wouldn't say if I was acting my self. I was really fake it wasnt me. So in the end of the day I felt really bad. And now I am so obssed if I act right , if I look right, that I am having terrible panic anxiety?What should I do?

This one goes out to all you fans who find it funny when a driver wrecks and have the audacity to cheer when you don't even know if they are okay. These guys are human beings and they could be hurt or even dead. Case in point... when Dale Sr hit the wall at Daytona the last time... it was the last time he ever did anything and you all cheered. If some climbs are beyond the difficulty categories previously created, why can't they add more categories? The mountains climbs are big, but they're the same damn mountains they've climbed since the race started. Why not add a 6th or 5th category?
