Battle Angel Alita, Gundress, Appleseed, and Armitage, Crest of the Stars, Geneshaft. Those are some G4 (Tech TV) used to show alot but they don't anymore.

There's Neon Genesis Evangelion, the new Appleseed film (lots of high-end CG animation, as well as that new Final Fantasy movie : Advent Children.

If you are looking for a good anime/high tech series then look for either Outlaw Star or Cowboy Bebop. They have great story lines and are very entertaining.

There is 'Ghost in the Shell: 2nd Gig'... I gotta recommend Neon Genesis Evangelion though, that is, if you haven't seen it already.

Try Bubblegum Crisis and A.D. Police if you want cyberpunk.
