I loved Mission: Impossible III and am wondering: Is there going to be an M:I-IV?

Maybe. But M: I 3 did not do as good of a job on opening weekend as M:I 2 and I think everyone's getting tired of Tom Cruise and these movies. I sincerely doubt it. I feel Tom Cruise feels he doesn't want to do another Mission Impossible movie. And that's fine. A trilogy is enough. Usually after that and I say usually, the series becomes tired.

They all suck! Ethan Hunt never established himself as a legendary character like Neo, Rambo, Terminator, or Rocky

If so, it likely will not be for another couple of years, when the whole "Tom Cruise is a crazy alien!" thing dies down.
