If you just want to create a form - with grocery items on it - that you can take with you to the store, and

if you have Microsoft Works...

Open MS Works.
Click "Household Management".
In the list provided is "Grocery List".

There are several styles to choose from.


Also, you can create your own through the Works Word Processor. Open the Processor [Start Menu > Microsoft Works > Microsoft Works Word Processor] and type short lines with groceries items after it. Use the Works Grocery Lists as guides & ideas. Add Clip Art...

I found creating my own list was easier than using the formated ones.
