I recently read an article about illegals crossing the border and damaging the fences owned by ranchers causing them cattle loss and monetary damages.

Some ranchers are providing ladders along their fences so the border-crossers will not damage their fences. Others have resorted to installing electric fences to keep them from crossing.

Is it inhumane to install electric fences to keep illegals out?

i bought this turtle neck short sleeve tshirt. it has a light blue base colour with white horizontal thin lines. Okay...my shoulder is 15 inches. Well consider it has a broad shoulder. Do you think i look nice in it? I gonna pair it with dark blue mini skirt and white belt. In my previous apartment I had pergo floors, and the center was fine. Now it doesn't seem secure, as if it could fall over at any time. The center itself is fine, so it must be the thick carpet. What can I use? Is there some type of mat, similar to an exercise mat for fitness equipment? Or would a piece of linoleum or tile do it?
