i bought this turtle neck short sleeve tshirt. it has a light blue base colour with white horizontal thin lines. Okay...my shoulder is 15 inches. Well consider it has a broad shoulder. Do you think i look nice in it? I gonna pair it with dark blue mini skirt and white belt. And not forgetting i gonna put on a silver necklace over the turtle neck and light purple ballet slip-on shoes.What do you think? Will it turn out disastrous? And oh ya...can a gold color tote bag goes well with it?

Okay... go back and read your question again. Tell me that you are seriously condisering wearing that! I'm not exactly Miss Fashion Queen but I can tell you that your outfit needs some work.

Oh honey, don't do that to yourself. Life is hard enough. The shirt doesn't sound at all flattering on anyone. Horizantal stripes are not nice to people. Neither are turtlenecks, unless you're really thin. Try just a plain white tshirt with the denim skirt and white belt. If you want to wear the gold bag, you have to have gold jewelry and shoes to go with it.

Yes. Disastrous. Never wear 3 or more "main" colors. Belt, shoes and handbag should match or be in the same color family (i.e. NOT brown AND black, gold and silver). Try wearing your turtleneck with some gold colored flats, denim mini skirt and a gold hand bag.
