When there is an intact hyman, how rare is it for it not to be broken after hundreds of sexual encounters, from age 7-17? And are there any doctors who can point me to medical facts on this subject?

Wow, is it possible that it's already broken and you just don't realize it? Otherwise if he penetrates enough then it will break. I would go to the gyno to get an official answer to that though.

I'm sorry to say I don't think there's a lot of litterature on when the hymen breaks, or if cases like yours are rare or not... I will say that what you are suggesting is extremely rare, if at all possible. If your reason for thinking that the hymen is intact is that you didn't bleed, then I can assure you that many, if not most, girls have lost it long before their first sexual intercourse; falling on a bike, tampong use, just getting something thrusted towards that general area and a whole lot of other scenerios that occur during childhood would very likely brake it. If it's very important for you to know, then I suggest you get a gynocological exam, but personally I think it's a wast of money, since if it's not there then the only thing that proves is that you could have lost it atleast a dozen times during childhood.
Good Luck!

1st of all, a hymen can be very elastic (but it's rare) and the aperture can be wide enough (but rarely wide enough for a normal erected penis). but to stay intact with no trace of rupture after "countless sex encounters" is most likely to be imposible.
All i can said that it depends on how harsh the intercourses are, how big/hard the things that enter or pass through it.
I never found a journal/reading about it, but my lecturor ever told me that he once had this patient whose hymen stayed intact after having a couple of intercourse with hubby.
Anyway, it's very very rare to happen.

it truly is nearly no longer plausible. yet what do you propose by technique of sexual encounters? If there is any vaginal penetration your hymen is in all probability to no longer be intact. there is no medical ideas accessible. Sorry..

First of all 7 seems to be a bit early for sex, but that's not the question. From what I've heard it can break from doing rigorous activites, such as horse riding.

My friend claims her hymen didn't break when she lost her virginity to a really small guy. She said when she slept with someone else it hurt and she bled (and didn't with the first). So I guess its possible if he's too small to break your hymen.
