How much is too much,with the assault on the italian footballer yesterday how much verbal abuse would you take before you lost your cool or would you never resort to physical abuse and just keep quiet.

She fled the scene. I was rear ended at a red light she had no intention of stopping at. My dogs flew from the back seat to the dashboard, I followed her called 911 and she was arrested. It turns out it was her 3rd arrest for drunk driving, she was conviicted of drunk driving and felonious assault. I was in bed for two months, had to hire someone to take care of the house,because I was in so much pain. I'm trying to get damages from her insurance for $10,000. (roughly what my bills were) They want to settle at $4400.00 and I'm being told I should settle. WTF? I'm not asking for the moon, I think given the circumstances I'm being very reasonable - everyone who saw me during that time frame were licking their chops over how much I was going to get!!! (Like looking for $500,000 or 1,000,000) What do you think is reasonable and should I get another lawyer?

My roommate, Kate is an exceedingly energetic bicyclist. She enjoys racing me while I drive my car.

I’ve a 1998 Toyota Corolla, which is likely, not a very fast car. I usually take the local country roads, to avoid the main highways (a scenic route with much less traffic).

Well, since she is so determined, I mind as well have some fun! Any ideas on how I should toy with her?

ppl go on about how today's music isn't "real" and that its all crap etc. e.g. Ppl slate today's rock/punk/metal and go on about how new bands are copying "proper" bands.. don't they realise that's how a genre develops and progresses otherwise we'd all still be listening to judas priest, sex pistols etc? Respect to those bands obv for what they did for the scene but surely ppl want the scene to progress/change/expand/evolve?

I just turned 26 y/o recently and within the last year my penis has grown alot, and i have become very hairy all within a year. I know you continue to grow hair as you get older, but its like a 2nd puberty. I even have recently had to cover up like in school (with a folder holding my pants down) with the frequent erections.
