how to make new wavelets in matlab ?

i have defined new wavelets, i tried with tool box and included in the family also. but it is not working with dwt function ?

I think that there is someone working with wavelets in maple here (university of toledo--www.utoledo.edu). I heard someone talking about it at a seminar.
