I have a fairly large rose garden and have to cut flowers before they make seeds so that they keep blooming. They are dozens of beautiful pink and red fragrant rose stems in full bloom, and I hate to throw them away. Can I just give to just friends or co-workers for no reason? Do you think they make some second guess? Or will they be annoyed?

First off i am getting hired at a online university as an admission advisor and i was wondering has any body had the the pleasure of working there. Basically its telemarketing i work from 9-5 mon-tues, 11am-8pm weds-thurs, i can choose if i want to work fri or sat and sunday's i have off. the job pays $20.00 an hour PLUS full benefits and i do mean full. But the job is an hour away from me. My current job is sh!tty !!!!!!!! i work at a salon as a receptionist and it sucks i get paid a low amount for dealing with whiny b!tchy women talking about their hair all day. I stay there all day long 12 hour shifts. Nobody will relieve me!! The only good thing is that its 5 mins away from my house. The reason why i am so scared of taking this job is because i have never worked for an online university and i have never done telemarketing but the benefits of this job is so good.

This is my dilemna.....I purchase a home at a foreclosure auction. The home is still occupied by the previous owner. My mortgage company (Merrill Lynch) will only give me a loan on the property if they can get a full appraisal of the property. Of course, the previous owner wont let me inside the property to appraise it because they just lost their house through foreclosure. It will be my responsibility to evict the person once I pay for the house but I can't even start the eviction process until I actually own the house.

I need to know is there a loan company out there that will give me a loan for $215k without having a full appraisal. My credit scores are in the high 700s so credit isnt a problem. I can only afford to put 10% down on the property maybe a little more.

I'm going to see a bunch of my aunts tomorrow. One has started walking a lot, etc. etc. - she doesn't work full time or anything either... anyway - she's already asked my Baby Sister (22yrs) that. These aunts also came to my wedding 2 years ago, etc. where I was probably 50lbs less than I am now etc. They saw me last year too, but I think that now because my one aunt has lost like 20lbs etc she thinks she's 'all that.'

I really don't care what she says but I want to know a good, graceful, aloof, not offensive, not defensive answer...
