I'm 29 years old and I am desperately wanting to quit smoking. I have tried everthing from gum, the patch, the inhaler, stopping cold turkey, and even hypnotisim. I just can't stop. I have two young children that desperately want me to quit and I want to for them and for myself. To make matters worse I have had bad asthma since I was a small child.

Please someone help me!

I am so hungry before bed, but I know eating before bed is not really a good idea. How can I have the best of both worlds? I need a good snack to eat before bed that I wont feel guilty eating.
