has anyone heard of a navy drink called horses head ?

Don't know about Horse's Head. Had Horse's Neck - gin, ice, ginger ale.

Had a lot of it in a hotel once when the beer was rubbish.

ok i have drank alot of drinks and felt my head was a big as a horses head the next morning
