For example, if I workout at 11 or 12, and then eat a good amount of protein (hot pocket, yogurt, milk) right after the workout, does that help or harm the muscle building process? Thanks!

Me and this guy have been talking for 1month and ahlf we been to the movies out to dinner he has came over and spent time with me alot done things with each other then all of a sudden he goes out of town doesnt call let me know or anything now he is back and still hasnt called but i called him once on his cell then he called me back but i wasnt home i got his message and called him and was no answer but its hard for us to talk because his siter cant know because me and him work together sometimes and he cant get in trouble by her for dating at the job because last time he dated at the job the girl was never coming to work if he mad her mad etc. but he hasnt called me back what should I do?? and he told dont worry I am the only girl but he truly is a sweet guy

I use to love to drive but about 1995 my sister was passing away and I was taking my board exam! I was driveing my mom to my house and felt overwhelmed and just stopped the car and couldnt drive anymore .I felt like I was going to blow up inside.since then I avoid the freeway except short distances ,I want to go do things again to drive and feel comfortable like I use too.I feel anxiety when I drive on the freeway! any help for me?

The strange thing is that my rh factor changed from negative to positive, then back to negative. The past few times it has been tested it continues to be negative. It came out positive 2 separate times, and the doctor re-tested to make sure. He was stumped. Has anyone ever heard of this?

My daughter just turned 9. She has been really moody, one minute she laughs, then next she cries, then she might giggle or just be happy. She has recently started developing boobs and getting some pubic hair. she is growing up to fast. I dont know how to deal with her attitude. She is a great child but I just want to make sure I am doing her right. The only thing I can do is support her and let her know that I love her regardless. She keeps telling me it is her "hormonal syptoms." (she is too smart) I have also explained that she will not use that as an excuse to get away with things. My husband is gonna try to spend more time with her so he can help me with teaching her. (we have a special needs child that requires alot of our time and attention) My special needs child is also the center of the rest of the families attention, I think maybe my daughter might be doing some of this for attention or maybe she is going through some changes! I am trying so hard! Help me!
