I am a small framed male, 5'8", etc but the strongest part of my body are my hands.
I can crush about anything with them and can play the game mercy with the a big muscle guy and put him on the ground crying in pain.
I use my hands as my career, always have. Use to be in electronics and now am in Automotive Cosmetics. My hand and finger dexterity is unreal. Friends use to call me "fingers" cause I could get into anything with just my hands. Even got them down a cylinder wall and around a crank to get a bolt we dropped once while rebuiding a 350 small block.
My hands are my life and career....and the ladies like em too (snicker).
Put em to use so they benefit you....after all they are your gift.
