You hear these terms thrown in in each political debate regarding taxes...
What are these things how do they each effect the way taxes are distributed on the society?
Lastly what is so wrong for thepepople who had the highest tax increase when the taxes went, up getting the biggest cut when the taxes go down? ( I am not one of those people, If I was, I would have personal CPAs answering these questions and I would not be asking this on Yahoo answers.)
Seems to me like if each time the taxes increase the most on the high income segment when they go up and decrease the most for the lowest icome people when thet go down, with each cycle the burden will kepp shifting more and more unfairly to people who have been paying the most taxes!

Everyone wants to believe that people can change but what is the reality of it all and is it possible? If someone hasn't learned at this point, do you even consider giving them another shot to change if this time they seem sincere and are willing to seek the professional help that they need? or is this just the kind of cycle where they repent now and then fall back into their bad habits later once things are comfortable again? I dont mean to ask so many questions but they all fall within the same context of people and whether or not it is really possible to change...any thoughts and/or experiences are welcomed...thanx:)

compaq presario 2100, did a destructive restore, two times, when restarted, am operating on windows xp "home edition" instead of just windows xp, as originally from day one. Differences noticed...cannot save pictures as before, when saving i git "the no preview available" to view thm,and have to go to web and use "open with" option" ...also window sizes seem to be larger, giving me the bars on the side/bottom whereas before every window seemed to open with plenty of room...wonderin how i got to windows home edition instead of what i originally had..i installed every window update available ....isp is aol....limited service area, due to only dial up available.....the restore process is 4 discs, did not put in the operating cd at the time of restore, cause the first time i did restore, i didnt need to do this, and the oper syst cd reads home edition anyway. ANY HELP/GUIDANCE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED, WINDOWS SUPPORT WANTS 35 BUCKS TO PICK UP THE PHONE........THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

My kids love bubble baths but i have been told that they can get a yeast infection from to many.
Why is it caused from a bubble bath, is there something in the bubbles that causes one?
Is it sitting in a bubble bath for to long or every night bubble baths that causes it?
Can someone please explain this to me.
My kids have not got one yet but what are the chances of almost everynight bubble baths.

well the other day, my mom had a cookout, and invited some people, its was all cool an erthing, but after she had a couple of rum, and mudslides(alchohol) she started 2 dance(she can barely dance anymore since she's almost 50), then everybody was just watching, and cheering her on. they thought it was a fun moment, but 4 me it wasn't, it was soooooo embarassing, expecially when they wanted me 2 dance with her. she ruined my night.!
