Are there vitamin or supplement regiments that can slow the disease and/or reduce the symptoms? And, if so, what are they?

At this time no treatment has been shown to slow or stop the progression of this disease. Instead, therapy is directed at treating the symptoms that are most bothersome to an individual with Parkinson disease. For this reason, there is no standard or “best” treatment for Parkinson disease. L-dopa is the current standard treatment to control symptoms.
There is no "holistic" treatment that works, which should be obvious to you unless you think the "cure" is out there and is being "hushed up" by the people that know it because they don't want to make millions of dollars selling it!

While I applaud your inquiry seeking a vitamin or supplementary solution to this disease, remember that it is caused by damage to the "substantia nigra" in the brain. Expecting to fix this with a supplement is a bit like expecting to fix a broken leg by eating the right vegetables, it just doesn't make sense or take the facts into consideration.
The best thing you can do if you or a loved one has Parkinson's is to contribute to charities & programs that research or promote research into this disease.
