Drink lots of water to rehydrate your body. Take 2 tylenol. Don't eat anything until you aren't feeling queasy, and then you should just have soup and crackers until you feel like you can eat a real meal. The next time you're going to be drinking, take a multi vitamin before you start. I've found it really helps in preventing hangovers.

The cure is "time and rest". Take some aleeve, drink a ton of water, and go back to bed because unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it.
If you drink lots of water before you start drinking, you wont feel as bad the next day; you get dehydrated when you drink alcohol and this is a big part of what makes you feel so bad (ever drink 2 gallons of water the morning after?). But why drink lots of water when you can drink beer thats already watered down like "Bud light". As they advertise "It won't slow you down"
I don't drink any more, but I personally used to wake up and take a couple of Aleeve & have a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi next to the bed. For some reason, it always made me feel better and sleepy. Maybe it was the sugar (or caffiene?).

Stop drinking and then you won't have to worry about hangovers. But if you must, the night before you go to bed drink lots of water and take an aspirin

hangovers are caused by dehydration, so drink a ton of water and take an asprin, which will get rid of the headache. the only way to get rid of a hangover is time.

Next time take preventative measures. Eat before you go out drinking. After every couple of drinks, down a glass of water. Then when you are ready to go to bed, take a multivitamin, extra B-50, extra vitamin C, enteric coated aspirin, and a shot of Mylanta. Wash it all down with another glass of water. I know it sounds like a major pain, but it works. I found it much better to avoid the hang over than to try and deal with it...by the way, best cure for a hang over is to sleep thru it.

A hangover is a result of dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids preferably without alcohol (!) or caffeine. Consider something like Pedia-light type drinks given to children to prevent dehydration. They taste foul but will help restore your system more quickly.

Drinking more, sometimes referred to as (hair of the dog) does not work. You get a temporary relief but then have to sober up from that. The best bet is drink a lot of water, take aspirin and then never drink again.

The best bet is to have one or two drinks (e.g. a bloody mary), drink lots of sugary liquids (helps break down the alcohol), take some aspirin, and try to get as much sleep as possible.
