For some reason, my legs are the only part of my body that don't tan! They are really pale and don't tan at all, no matter how long I'm out in the sun!! I guess you could say my legs have "pink undertones," because they are not effected by sun exposure at all. What can I do to get tan legs, besides fake tanners from the store?

Hi I have been friends with this guy for about 9 years (we share the same group of friends), we slept together a few times last summer then he pushed me away so I backed off. We just recently started sleeping together again, this time he is not pushing me away and things seem different this time. I want to pursue a relationship with him, but I'm not sure if he is interested, and I'm scared to death to find out. I'm afraid that if he says no, then that will have a strain on our friendship. Is it a good idea to approach him with this? I'm taking it slow, and we are friends, but now when I call him, or if I call him every 4 or 5 days or so, I feel I may be pushing it a little. I need advise? Should I pursue this, and how can I tell if he is interested first before pursuing it so it doesn't put a strain on our friendship? We have pretty hot sexual sessions together, and he is very intense in the bedroom, but not sure if that means anything or not? Please help me!

i usually have quite heavy periods with little pain but this month i have been having really sore tummy and lower back but no blood?
when i have been spotting its dried old blood?
im on the pill and i missed a couple of days so this pack has lasted a couple days longer than it should!
any advice please, im 19 so ive had periods for at least five years now so im very regular normally!

Last month I was in Costa Rica and I was surprised in how sexy the girls get dressed there! 90% of the girls wore low rise tight jeans, spaguetti tops and sexy heels.... No make up but natural look... One night we went at this club and most of the girls looked like models there!!! They all like to wear strappy heels (3"-4") and they all look awesome... I think the shoes make a difference in the sexiness overall look of these Costarican girls... Here in US, most girls don't bother to look that sexy...
