I wanted chicken to cool down, so I turned oven off and then forgot it was there, needless to say it spent the night in the oven. Will it be okay to eat today?

no it is not safe, food born illness can kill you. bacteria grow very rapidly in the temperature between 40 and 140 degree's leaving it in the oven in this range is perfect for breeding bacteria.

Throw it out!

Be safe. Glenn

You can make a chicken curry out of it. Just cut the chicken meat into small pieces. If you cook the curry well you can be sure the bacteries will be gone.

I'd make some chicken salad with it..or put it IN a salad. I don't think it would hurt you...it's not like you left it out for days. Try a piece of it and see if it taste okay.

It's hard to say. I've left food out overnight and ate it the next day and nothing happened to me.
Not to say that something won't ever happen though. If you are really worried, then throw it out, they say that it is always better to err on the side of caution.

Of course. Don't be so silly as to even think about throwing it out.

i wouldn't. its ok to leave food out for a little while, but more than that isn't good because of bacteria. also, it's probably gotten a lot dryer since it's been sitting. i wouldn't reccomend it.
