Recently, I had a conversation with a friend who was surprised to learn that I was raised Christian. Her reasoning was that since I support GLBT people, favor women's reproductive rights, and in general don't bash other's spirituality, etc, that I wasn't a Christian. She thought that Christians, were, to make a long story short, ignorant bigots.

Are there any people who are upset about the Christian=bigot idea? All Christians are not hateful or backwards-thinking, but, unfortunately, this is the image that is often portrayed. Any thoughts?

is it just me or do you hate when some parents bring their dam babys to the movies and what makes it worse they dont leave and try to calm them down instead they stay like jerks, i didnt here half of the movie. has this ever happend to you???

Hi guys. I miss my mother. She died last April 15 because of heart attack. I miss her so much. I always see her in my dreams. She's hugging me and whispering words i can't remember when i wake up. Oh, I hate this feeling. My dad died in war when I was 5months old in my mom's tummy... So now, the only family that i have is my foster family (My mom's younger brother). I miss her a lot. I don't know how can i ever move on. I saw her face when she died. It left a marked in my memory. Sometimes, I think of her all the time.... Have you ever felt this way before? How did you move on?

How is Warren Jeffs connected or not connected to the LDS church?

Because Warren Jeffs is on the FBI's most wanted list, isn't that ruining or damaging the LDS' reputation?

I have got one Platy who is about 4 years old, meanwhile some of the younger ones (1 year olds) are dying, but Mari is fine, going strong.

There are 5 Platies in the tank, boys are separated by a sheet of plastic with holes in it for water-flow. Mari is a boy. He has two girls and a teeny little boy (who is 2 yrs old but never grown up) with him. The other side now just has one boy.

My sister is 47 and I am 37. I am happily married and a successful teacher. My sister is unmarried and a dishwasher at a restaurant. She is spiteful, controling and mean. Any time she does not like something, she takes the opportunity to bring up things from at least 5 years ago to defend how "she lost me." The event was meeting my husband on the internet. She won't forgive me for meeting someone online. Long story.... but she is poison to me and I know it. I don't want her in my life, yet I keep hoping things will get better knowing it won't. How do I move on. It is so easy to say "forget her" or "she's a jerk." I keep hearing my mom say "sisters forever." Let me tell you this isn't "my side" and her story is against me. I have many stories of proof with witnesses that can't believe her behavior (especially at my wedding). I'm at wits end. I need to move on, but don't know how.
