yes. Some body makes a kit sold at most auto parts stores. it comes with 3 different length sleeves, 1 of which will match the length of your spark plug threads. It comes with a tap to straighten out the hole you boogered. you insert the sleeve, insert the "expantion tool" and smackit with a hammer. Just for my peace of mind I throw a few drops of thread lock on THE OUTSIDE OF THE SLEEVE BEFORE I INSTALL IT IN THE HEAD. DO NOT PUT THREADLOCK ON THE SPARK PLUG. YOU'LL NEVER GET IT BACK OUT.

there are Heli-coil inserts made to take care of your problem. - - you need to be careful to keep the shavings out of your cylinder during the drilling and tapping operations. - - i'd suggest having a vacuum hose near as possible to the hole being worked on to try to pick up the cuttings before they get inside the engine. also, keeping the drill bit or tap well greased tends to trap the shavings. be sure to wipe off the tool and reapply the grease often.
if you're lucky enough to have two spark plugs for the one cylinder, you can remove the 'other' spark plug, and install an air hose with a good air flow going. this should keep all the metal shavings from getting into your engine.
if you don't feel confident doing this, get a mechanic to do it, IF he will. he may not want to, since there's always some chance of engine damage.
it's way safer to have the head pulled, so just be aware of the risks.
good luck however you do it.

if your not a fix it kinda person take it to your local garage and your chance of saving the head is a 50/50 chance in most cases they replace the head all the spark plugs need to be the same size you cant run normal spark plugs then have an over sized one cause you need to drill it out and re thread it now your hole is bigger and its easy to fix whith the head off so if thats the case then may as well replace the head since its off the car and i think its alot better to that then it to fix the hole it may lead to future problems witch will cost you more in the long run if not get a second option from a perfessional

Depends on model vehicle, engine size, etc.
Can install "Heli-coil" insert - might work.
Otherwise- take to shop...
And remeber, never remove or replace spark plugs with air tools and NEVER when cylinder head is warm or hot. Always let it cool down. Decreases chances of stripping
out hole.

Go to your local auto parts store and buy a spark plug hole repair kit. They will cost around $30.00, but sure cost alot less then having to replace the whole head, and they work great. There are directions contained in the kit, so be sure to follow them carefully or it won't stay.

basically take some baking soda, mixture it with an exceedingly small volume of vinegar to make a paste, and then positioned it on the carpet with an previous toothbrush. enable it to dry, then vacuum. If the stain is quite bumped off or lightened up, repeat back. Or small volume of Swarfega or WD-40. nicely worth finding out an exceedingly small volume of those issues to be certain what works terrific. Have additionally heard of the brown paper and iron technique.
