The defendant's bac was .07. The law in the defendant's state states "Must be .08 or above OR be noticeably and perceivably intoxicated." The defendant was pulled over for speeding, but was not driving eratically. A video shows the defendant speaking clearly and appearing sober. The video cuts out right before the field sobriety tests occur. The officer states that the defendant failed field sobriety tests, and that he had very bloodshot, watery eyes, slow slurred speech, and a strong odor of alcohol and that his blood alcohol percentage reading of .07 may have actually been higher when he was driving. The defendant states he has a documented history of hayfever and thus bloodshot, watery eyes and speaking with a lisp, much of the alcohol odor could have been from his passenger, and that he did not feel intoxicated. I have been friends with this guy for a couple years and we were abot to start dating. However he just got convicted for a previous offence and he's behind bars. I wanted to contact him somehow and let him know I haven't forgotten him but I don't know how. I called the local prison and asked them if they allow letters or visits, they said no. Does that make sense? I won't give up, I don't want him to think I've forgoten him. How can i get in touch with him? Please help!

because its a title to a TATU song and like i love that song to death i just cant figure out whut that means.

I was pregnant once at age 25, but miscarried in the 12th week. I've not tried to get pregnant since then (divorced) but now I'm ready to have children again - it's been over 5 years since my first (failed) pregnancy. Is it possible that it will take longer the second time around? The first (and only time) happened right away -1 month. My mother had quite a difficult time getting pregnant after her first child - almost 5 years! Is this common or just depends on the woman? Can I expect the same? My doctor says it just depends on a number of health factors...anyone else have an experience with this?

I seriously do not get this whole "emo" thing. From what I've been told, it's a division of punk where the lyrics tend to get a tad bit more emotional. But it seems like everyone hates emo. What's wrong with a little bit of "emo" if they don't depress people?

Also, a lot of people are calling Green Day "emo". What's with that? I've always known them to be punk. They haven't changed that much lyrically, they're still talking about the same stuff they used to, just with a bit more depth.

my cat hates me during the day. he will sit there and glare at me and he will never let me get close to him or pet him but at night when im on the computer he comes and lays in my arms so i have to type over him. if i get up he sits there looking at me and meowing untill i come and sit back down then he goes back to sleep in my arms.
