It's Japanese for I'm sorry.

The above person is thinking of "kudesai", which is like please.

"Gomenasai", (correctly spelled Gomen nasai) meaning "I'm sorry" in Japanese, is a ballad and is t.A.T.u.'s third single from their second album, Dangerous and Moving. However, a promo video was released late February 2006 and early March 2006. The official video was shot in Los Angeles on the week of March 13, 2006.

Yeah it means "I'm sorry". A huge TATU fan told me they put that title to the song because they cancelled a show in Japan, and of course many people got pissed off.
