When I face a MINOR problem or annoyance, I talk to myself.

When there's a serious problem, I SHUT UP, listen to instrumental music, and hope for an insight or inspiration.

Yup I do. It helps a great deal. Sometimes it helps to solve some other questions on my mind. It also makes me feel calm, later. Talking to your inner self means being honest with yourself. You can never lie to your own heart and mind when you do such inner talking. It definitely improves your insight, belief and problem solving abilities.

Yes! I had to give myself quite a brisk talking to this past week. I was stressed out, and pretty much "lost it" at work. Why, oh why, didn't I take a few days off?

So I asked myself, "Why oh why, didn't you take a few days off?" I told myself that it was no use crying over spilled milk, but to try and do better next time. In the meantime, I said to me, build some stress handling routines into your every day life. I'll be better prepared if (WHEN) stress strikes again.

I do it. Sometimes you end up in situations that you have either been in before, witnessed someone else go through..or you have went through something similiar to this event. The best solution always lies within yourself. If all else fails...get an outside opinion. Someone who doesn't know enough to make a biased opinion and will give you a better option then someone who doesn't want to hurt your feelings or offend you.

I sure do and it sure does! I seems to bring my thought process to a different level where it is more organized and I can actually process things. For some reason stuff gets all jumbled up in there if I don't think about it outloud... if that makes sense

I talk to myself because I'm a really good listener! And it helps me to get my thoughts in line and to find out what I feel about something.

I consider talking to myself , like talking to my conscience/God. If I listen really good, I will always get the right answer to my problem.

of course I talk to myself! Before I go to sleep, I lay there, thinking to myself of what the answers could be.
