I am helping my mom with a workout regimen. She is 60 plus and in very good shape (she has been exercising her whole life) She would like to tone her stomach, butt, thighs, and underarm flabbys. Does anybody have some good exercise suggestions and also what should be her limit as far as working out is concerned. She is basically strength training, so I would like to know how much down time she should have in between workouts as well. Thanks for the help.

Bending or reaching brings on a cramp. Trying to stretch it out only brings on cramp attacks on the other side. Please don't say don't bend or stretch as this is really painful and need to find an answer.

Had a virus and had local computer repair shop fix it as I have no disk for the Dell. Some programs are missing now (i.e. Word, Excel, etc) and I can't open any fonts that require Adobe Type Manager (even though I did download the lite version). Can I use the recovery disk from my old computer if the the new one is a different manufacturer, but they both run XP?

I watched it when I was little and all I remember is little creatures living in a forest together and there was an old badger who was an inventor or something and a truck full of toxic waste flipped over on the side of the road and started killing the little critters....depressing, I know, lol!

I have written emails as per directions and I constantly hit the spam buttom on their emails. I know they use mutiple addresses, but each of them says @funwell.
