Bending or reaching brings on a cramp. Trying to stretch it out only brings on cramp attacks on the other side. Please don't say don't bend or stretch as this is really painful and need to find an answer.

Have you thought about going to a chiropractor?
I get very bad chest pains under my ribs like cramp and an odd sort of collapsing feeling to the side of my rib cage due to my frame leaning to one side and putting too much strain on one of the muscles under near my diaphragm.

Is this from some exercise you did recently? I used to have that problem after doing crunches. I upped my water intake and protein as well. If you don't like regular water, you don't have to. There's lots of ways to dress it up--lemon, kool-aid, tang, crystal light, etc..
If the problem persists, it might be wise to see a doctor. Good luck!!! Hope you feel better!!!

Watching the amount of time between eating and taking exercise,as if you exert yourself too soon after eating, this may cause it. If it persists, contact your GP
