I watched it when I was little and all I remember is little creatures living in a forest together and there was an old badger who was an inventor or something and a truck full of toxic waste flipped over on the side of the road and started killing the little critters....depressing, I know, lol!
I don't know if I'm the only one who watched this movie or not, but I figured I'd take a chance and ask around!

Was it "The Secret of Nimnh" (sp?) That was about the field mice who had to move, and the mother goes to get help from the rats of Nimh (there may have been a badger).
Another one that sounds similar is "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles", sound familiar?
