My husband is in Iraq right now and wants to buy a house. His Dad has power of attorney. I was wondering when we buy a house we plan on using his GI bill to assist with the down payment. Will he have to be home in order for us to do that or is there a way his dad could sign for him with the POA or we could mail him the paperwork? If any one knows please advice. Thanks

I will be studying in Kyoto from Sept through May, and I want to know the most appropriate clothing to take with me. Kyoto seems pretty conservative, which is okay, but I don't to know what's best to leave. My main concerns are shoes and bottoms (jeans, skirts, and dresses).

I was wondering if Smiley Central was OK to download or does it infect your computer with viruses. Someone told me not to download it because MyWebSearch downloads with it and that MyWebSearch has viruses or Ad-ware. Does anyone know if it's safe or not?
