I think you should just sit down have a cool drink and think when all the noise has stopped. what do you see or think about? Paint what you feel. If you see yourself, or the moon, or just a flash of a ugly cat. paint it. what ever you paint is beautiful because your mind thought it and your hand painted it. so just paint your masterpiece. sign it with pride and declare in your mind this is beautiful.

no one can tell you what to paint, it comes from within ask your self when you have the canvas infront of you what am i feeling what am i thinking does the music i am playing ifulance me. then you will atomaticaly pick up the colours that best describes theses questions and your brusth stokes will explain it even further using the paint as the words.

can u send it to me? lol. paint a glistening sun sparkling over the crystal blue waters the waves coming in on the white sandy beach and shells scattered around the shoreline. something nice.

i don't think you should direct what you're going to paint -- just fill your pallette w/paint - and let your mind go blank, and allow your hand to direct the brush wherever it wants to go. you will find your painting rises to a new level of skill.
