Leave it be. It's okay to have a crush on someone, you will likely have plenty of them through you r life. It just means you like and admire that person, not that you need to have more with them.
He is too old for you. You may not feel so, but he is, legally, too. He has a lot more life experience than you do, and could take advantage of you without you even realizing it is happening. Enjoy working with him, and leave it at that.

boys at that age are more than likely only looking for sex hunny. being 16 is hard huh? but getting hurt is the last thing you want to do. even though it doesn't seems like it, 20 is a big difference from 16, he's at a different point in life than you are. not saying he's more mature, but he's still at a different point.
i promise you there will be tons and tons and tons more guys who will flirt with you! :) no worries lady.

You would need to let this one go...due to he's too old for you...and probably looking ONLY for sex...You are way to young for him, honestly!!! Sorry, babe. Plus it is never a good idea to date someone from work...What if it doesn't work out.?..One of you would have to quit...(experience and friends that have been in your situation)
