I lost a stone last year after hard exercise and dieting, got to my halfway goal weight of 9st 7lbs at Xmas and should be about 8st 9lb but however much l exercise and diet (something l have not stopped doing in the last year) l cannot lose the extra 10lbs!. Now it's summer and l thought l would have succeeded, l've tried changing my aerobic exercise to cardioboxing which is helping the toning but l gained about 5lbs (muscle?). I take diet pills which helps me to stop over indulging and have a 20 min walk to and from work on top of my keep fit l do 3-5 times a week - 6 months on and still no results !. I will never starve myself, but what can l do? Please help !!!! (p.s, l'm 28, 5ft 2" and generally healthy..but still a few pounds over weight!). THANK YOU
