Please help I do not have money for legal advice. He took almost $25,000. and only put the roof on . Who do I report him to?It has been almost a year, does the time limit run out? I am worried sick and without a home. What can I do? He refuses to answer my telephone calls. I know where he lives. About 32 miles from me. The insurance company keeps giving me the run around saying there is nothing they can do? Is this true? The contractor is licensed for $80,000. I had a cerebral stroke three weeks ago and I have a problem reading now but any help is deeply appreciated. Thanking all in advance.

I have just returned to my Catholic Faith 6 months ago after an abcense of 16 years! I am now ready to go to Chapel. I am going to Confession tonight so I can go to Mass tomorrow and take Communion. I am so worried I am going to look foolish tonight! I dont know what to say in the confession booth and wondered if you still go into a Chapel Pew afterwards and say "Our Lady's" & "Our Fathers"? PLease help! I am in Scotland, UK - just incase confession is different in other places I have mentioned my Location! Also, should I memorize my biggest sins to confess???? Help! I have 16 years worth of sins to confess!

I am trying to get into the U.S. Army, I'm waiting on a combo waiver and hoping it goes through. I've thought of going before a judge here and asking if they will expounge (don't know if that's spelled right) my criminal history. How does a person go about doing this and do you have any tips on how I can "pull some strings" to help get in. I had to travel for 10 days to see my husband and for a business as well... it was a long distance trip, so I left my daughter (2 y-o) with my parents. They love her a lot and she's familiar to them. When I got back she became excessivey attached to me, she doesn't even let me take a shower without crying.... my husband is abroad for a while and sometimes i have to call my neighbour to stay with her for few minutes to take my shower. She's a happy and smart kid usually. Did being away affected her? how much and for how long? did anyone experience this? I need your help I feel so sad and frustrated!

My house is south facing and I need to cover some unsigtly streeks on brickwork that will not come out. the area I need to cover is only about 5 feet by 2 feet. this can be climbing or trailing. I would like this aspect ( plant ) to be evergreen, proberbly some type of Ivy or maybe a mix of 2 plants. something attractive all year round. It will need to be on a wall mounted container hopefully no more than about 18" long 6" wide and 10" deep, these sizes are approxamate.

Now, i havent read the book but i've seen the movie and people do say that if you havent read the book you dont fully understand so here i am. From the movie it seemed like the reason why everyone was so against people finding out that jesus had a son was because it would show that he was like any other human being (mortal) and that perhaps this would show that all the tales about miracles weren't true as that is not possible of a human being..but..to me...doesn't it say in the bible that jesus was in fact a human being? and why would him having a son be of any problem..it wouldn't make him any less of a God would it? even God had a son..and he was capable of amazing powers? i just dont get the beliefs behind the story..anyone care to explain?
