is there any difference between gf and sex partner? i mean are they the same or not?

yes they have difference......you can have sex with a sex partner not the friendship and you can have friendship with a gf but not the sex........

not the same a gf you have to love and a sex partner is just a hit it and quit it kind of thing.

I don't know,I guess a sex partner is some one that you just have sex with,a girlfriend,well the word"friend"implies there is more to the relationship than just sex.Companionship,love,respect.

it depends....a girlfriend can be companion, a soulmate and eventually a wife............if love will be develop

a sex partner....maybe just a passtime...no love involved
