Well seek and yee shall find. Try to sleep more and eventually you will get your answer.
Just kidding, Do an online search and you will have all the information you would care to on that subject. Also just an aside did you know that succubi are a higher form of demon than incubi?

Well if my guess is correct. You are curious by the sexual aspect. You may have at one point had a sleep experience in which you felt paralyzed and or helpless. You would later wake up very tired and dazed.
Now you could blame a male or female sex demon for this; but that seems improbable. It may be a underlying desire to be lusted after sexually. That being said; I don't know you and I am just shooting in the dark. Bad pun intended. The more logical meaning is your desire to learn about human sexuality and all its conditions, aspects, and history. You might have a future as a counselor for others in the field of psychology. You should test this theory by exploring other human conditions; such as insanity, depression, disorders, etc. You might find you are a more cerebral person than others might perceive and you like such challenges.
Good luck Professor:)

The inherent need to know about incubi and succubi stems from many things. The need to know the taboo of the occult, for instance, can be the driving force in which to break past traditional Judeo-Christian demonology mythos. This can also be the need to know the sexuality behind incubi and succubi; both are seen as otherworldly sexual figures that represent both male and female insatiable lusts. Finally, this driving curiousity can be the product of a genuine thirst for knowledge on the subject.

The incubus is a male demon that feeds on female energies through sexual means, typifying inherent need for lust. They often appear in mythology as very handsome men that often travel in gypsy bands in order to hide their true identities.

The succubus is a female demon that feeds on the male energies through sexual means. They often appear as very beautiful women who often frequent brothels and hostels to find their victims.

Having spent way too much time playing Dungeons and Dragons as a child, I can tell you that incubi/succubi are low to mid-level demons. They are generally characterized as being attractive male/female figures respectively who seduce their prey and keep them preoccupied with sex. Are they interested in killing their prey...No. These creatures are also associated (quite obviously) with one of Christianity's seven deadly sins (Lust). Why do you have an interest in them? One possibility is that you have issues with sex and control--are you predator or prey? (Freudian Psychological viewpoint) Or, perhaps you heard the term-it sounded cool, and you just wanted to know about it.

There is an actual medical phenomenon that caused the rise of this myth. As you may know, when we dream our muscles lock up to protect us from sleepwalking or acting out our dreams and accidentally hurting ourselves. Sometimes a person becomes partly awake, but their muscles don't unlock as fast as they're supposed to. This causes a feeling of being paralyzed, a feeling of weight like something's sitting on your chest (in reality the lungs not speeding up for your faster "awake" rate of breathing), and sometimes creepy-crawly feelings on your skin which when half-asleep can be mistaken for hands or fingers touching you.
If, in addition to this, you were having a dream about sex (which is way more common than most people want to admit, in both men and women), then the illusion is complete.

And that's how a mythical creature is created!

Succubi are often described as demons who take on the shape of women in order to have sex with men (usually while men sleep). Incubi are the opposite - demons who take the shape of men to have sex with sleeping women.

The fact is your're not really concerned about incubi or succubi. You are simply trying to attract the attention of males out there in a covert, "innocent" way. I have to admit, though, it is very sexy.
