The book is called The Easy Way to Stop Smoking, by Allen Carr. It works. Just keep reading the book. Once you've finished it, start reading it again. Keep going until you're clear of the demon. It is the best thirty-odd dollars you can ever spend.

Alternatively, you can find someone - advertise in the paper - who is suffering one of the terminal diseases caused by smoking, and pay them to speak honestly to your child. They will probably leap at the chance to stop someone else from suffering what they are suffering.

If the smoker has children, ask them point blank, ''Who have you picked?" When they ask what you mean, ask them who they have chosen to be the one to tell their children that they have died as a result of self-inflicted disease. Ask them honestly, who they want to be the one who will tell their child that they will never come home. It made me think twice.

Honestly, I can't imagine there's a lot of people left on the planet that don't know smoking could kill them. Maybe its time to leave them alone and let them make their own adult decisions, even if their choice is self-destructive.

well, if u really wanna stop smokin have a strong will and try to focus your mind on quittin it.try to include maximum vegetables and fruits in ur diet.chewing gums, toffees and chocolates also help.coffee and tea also act as caffeine substitutes.whenever u feel a strong urge to smoke.... go and get a cold shower and a hot shower...this will stimulate your body and will surely help.
