Typically, if I do not get her to drink a cup of tea or a drink of squash she will almost go without water in a day and often she will only drink about a pint of water a day max. What are the dangers of this and how much liquid should you drink?

hello
my name is Amber and I live in Virginia and I have 3 children and also have my 3 yr. old neice living with me because her mother is in Jail for quite a while, and I need some advice. my neice "Emma" is just so cranky, she is always rude and does not have any manners. I try being positive with her and praise when she is good, but what do I do about her behavior and her attitude? PLEASE HELP

I don't want to spank her or anything like that but she is always used to doing what she wants when she wants and used to cussing, yelling and hitting when she lived with her mother and my household is nothing like that at all. we have respect for eachother, we don't yell or cuss. so how can I teach her to stop all of this? she is only 3 , so I don't know what to do.
I have her on the same sleeping schedule as my 4 yr. old daughter and every night at bedtime she screams bloody murder for no reason, " I guess cause she doesn't want to go to bed" , so what do I do about that????
any advice would be helpful so please reply.

I have a friend that showed out on our trip, I haven't seen here in about a year and I spoke to her off/on but more so emails here and there. this is a person I HAVE BEEN friends with for years yet I'm considered one of her best friend. we have a friendship were we buy each other gifts for birthday, etc. we travel together. but after the trip I seen a change she insulted me infront of my male friend. told me my teeth was yellow and my butt is not as big as people say it is. It seemed like she was looking for flaws. My teeth in not yellow I would'nt walk outside if it was, I would go to(emergency dentist.) we were working on entertainment projects, we all know you can have messed up teeth, you have to look your best and that is definetly what I STAY ON.She had a fight with my male friend for no reason. she was blurting out little jokes about him.Just Disrespectful, then I FOUND OUT SHE WAS telling my friend that she did so much for me. YOU CANNOT SPOT REDUCE! If you want a 6-pack, you have to diet, not increase sit-ups. If you want leaner arms, you have to diet, not do more curls. JUST EAT LESS AAAAND EXERCISE. If you lift weights, you will not get BIG AND BULKY overnight. It's not like you do a few reps and all of a sudden you're growing muscles out of everywhere. It takes TIME.

ARRGGG!!!

STOP GIVING CRAPPY ADVICE, PEOPLE!

I went to a Dr. for new contacts a couple of days ago and he prescribed me a different brand of contacts b/c he said they were "breathable" even though I had no problems before with my other contacts. They worked great.

Well he gave me these temporary ones that they give you after a visit to wear until your new ones arrive. Maybe it's just me, but they seem a bit bigger than the ones I used to wear.

They have been irritating my eyes and making them itch and turn very very red, especially in my right eye. Unlike my old ones, every once in a while I can feel them in my eyes when I blink.

Anyone know what could cause this? I've never had problems with contacts before. I'm just worried that when my new ones come, they'll be like this.
