If you say its not important or its just a detail then does that mean its not the word for word of God.

If you already believe the Bible isn't the word of God you don't have to answer this question to tell me what I already know. Go ahead any way if you don't read details to questions.

My best friend and I planned a vacations together for our families. We rented a house on a lake for a week. After picking out dates that worked for both we agreed that I would put the deposit on my credit card. I gave her a copy of tentant contract. My friend canceled. Her reasons were her nephew's graduation party, her daughter's dance class and her work. The house is only about an hour to an hour and half from our homes. My husband and I were unable to afford the vacation home on our own and were forced to forfiet the $800 deposit. Keep in mind that my friend is VERY financial stable. Should the other couple reimburse us for the entire deposit or only half?

What would happen if everyone believed in the same thing. Would we still have war? because I know a lot of Wars start over religion and what each others bible says about what is rightfully theirs. So if we all believed in the same bible and whatever, would we stop fighting? or is it in our nature to fight anyway, and we'd just find something different to fight over?

He was diagnosed two years ago and he has such a poor attitude on life. I'm struggling with the teen age problems as well as trying to get him to control his numbers. He constantly has to be reminded to check himself and when I do he smarts off to me. When I'm not around to remind him he always forgets. The Doctor he last saw was very agree and said she would not waste her time with someone who doesn't want to take care of himself. The sugar is already affecting his bones. Any suggestions on how I can get him to see the light? Many family and friends have repeatedly tell him what the results of him not taking care of himself would be. I see him dying at an early early age and it tears me apart. HELP!!!

I need to know what the best way to make friends is. I am a stay at home mom of 3 kids. I really don't get out at all, unless it is to somewhere like the grocery store and even then I usually have at least 1 kid with me. My husband works full time and goes to school too and so free time for me just doesn't happen. I have 1 true friend but she doesn't live anywhere close to me so it is hard to see her. I just moved to a new state and since I have been here I haven't made any friends at all.
If you have any helpful ideas for me please answer! Thanks!!!

AND don't try and pass off the following discredited arguments, like:

1) its unnatural (anyone who has a dog knows that dogs do the homo thing too)

2) god says no (fine, but god says no to lots of other things that are legal and accepted in society, like divorce, coveting, and eating cheeseburgers)

3) its unhealthy (same as above. tobacco kills far more people than AIDS or other STDs but remains quite legal)
