Yes it's OK to like your brother's best friend I have before. My Brother didn't really mind cause he doesn't mess with his friends personal lives. Don't ask your brother before you ask his best friend its not any of his business.

I think it is ok, but it can acuse some problems, your brother might not like the idea, but make surer the age difference is not too big before you go hasing his best friend.

On the other hand, if you are close to your brother, it might not be okay for you to really pursue his best friend. Talk to him about it and see if he's cool with it.

I think so. Sometimes they make the best guys. My 13 yr old is 'dating' her 15 yr old bro's best friend. Its cool because the bro set them up.. and acts as chaperone!
