Where is the spark missing?
in the bedroom? if that is the case, try something new such as planning a dinner at home cooked by you, by candlelight in the bedroom, wear (new) sexy lingerie...under your outfit...and surprise him.
Also, start doing fun activitites together... lik ebowling/ going for walks to the park or beach/ depends on what both of you like..
Don't be grouchy or bitchy...because he's going to try to spend less time with you..
Make him feel special but dont' over do it..
Start doing activities with him that he enjoys even though you might not be crazy about them..but seem interested..you never know you might change your mind.

Good Luck!

If you love him, there's a chance that you don't want to be away from him. So I'll give some different advice.

Many psychologists will recommend sexual role playing, which can be fun or outright awkward. Since you want this you should be the initiator. Just surprising him by being naked or barely dressed when comes home(or comes over) can start a snowball effect of mutual lust that he will reciprocate. When in public, touch him where you normally wouldn't while in public. Don't do anything to get arrested, but things like these will make him feel like he's irresistible to you, and that makes us men feel pretty good.

No one knows him like you do. So be creative with what you do know to make him feel like he's desired. I know women like to feel "desired", but a lot of men will never make a move unless they absolutely know the woman "desires" him to begin with.

Anyway, I hope I haven't wasted your time.

Well, the only thing that worked for me and my boy was actually spending time apart. He has been out of the state for a couple months only returning on weekends and that did wonders for us. Try taking a little break.

Firstly you need to do the things that attracted you to one another in the beginning. eg. Go to the movies, parties, church.

Next you need to spice up your sex life. Well as a woman you should know what to do to spice up your sex life. If not ask the question you would get alot of response.

and it is always important to talk to your boyfriend and express your feelings

role playing is very fun, and gives some people freedom to act out their fantasies because they are 'acting' as if they are someone else. start out meeting somewhere, the park, a bar/restaurant and act like strangers who find each other very attractive. then go from there!
